Testimonials Hey there, some of you might know me. I'm a rock-n-roller here in Boise. I believe in performing at an extremely high level of energy and excellence that gives our fans all the bang for their hard-earned bucks they deserve. I love my job, but in order to perform at the highest caliber I expect of myself, I can't just stay in shape but I have to make sure that I avoid stage injuries and repetitive motion problems, and all of those factors which might possibly impede my performance.
Gym on the Run has been a Godsend for me. Bryan cares and it shows. He identifies strengths and weaknesses and works to promote overall fitness. Over months of working with Bryan, I have never had the same workout twice. He's one of those people who I'm sure probably lies awake at night coming up with new approaches and how to implement them.
Probably the most important factor is that Bryan really enjoys helping people feel better, have less pain and watching a 'work in progress'. I have never felt like a 'client'. It's like we're working on this project, getting my body to function on its highest level, together.
The proof is in the puddin', as they say. My show is the strongest it's been in years. All those repetitive injuries I suffered through from years of working out in the gym, and the stage injuries from leaping, jumping, twisting and turning are receding and I can put more energy into the show because I'm steady, strong and fit. And man, are my joints and the rest of my body happy! It's like my body's telling me, "Finally!! Thank you!"

Five years ago I was in a bad car wreck, from which I suffered a cervical level spinal cord injury. This injury has dramatically affected my physical condition and requires me to use a wheelchair for my daily activities. The medical therapy that is currently available is extremely unsatisfactory. So I sought out other avenues to help promote my physical situation to its fullest. After a few years of attending specialized programs for people with spinal cord injuries, I now work out with Bryan, in my home gym.
I have some degree of paralysis to my entire body, yet I am able to use all of my muscle groups. Bryan has adapted exercises and techniques to help awaken muscles and strengthen my body. As I become stronger, I have been able to participate in more activities and live a fuller life. I am also staying much healthier and avoiding reoccurring infections that I once dealt with. Bryan has also provided me with dietary suggestions in order to help me achieve a healthy body weight.
Bryan has used his knowledge and ability to help me work toward my goals. Every meeting with Bryan is very enjoyable, making me look forward to my workouts.
